Spencer has been guiding for 14 years now and is co-owner of Duxmen Outfitters, Inc. Duck hunting is a way of life and his main focus as a career. He is either hunting or scouting 60 days of the season for ALL customers of Duxmen Outfitters. Spencer pursues his passion of waterfowling and works full time guiding every day of duck and goose season. He is head of guiding operations and is also grounds keeper at Duxmen Lodge in the off season and works the upkeep on the lodge and prepares all of the duck pits. This is a huge job when you are dealing with 7,000 acres of land owned and leased. Zach has been a guide for 19 years now and is co-owner of Duxmen Outfitters Inc. He also works in Jonesboro, AR as a Commercial Lender at Arvest Bank. He lives to duck hunt when not at the bank. He guides most weekends and some during the week in addition to being in charge of business operations and all leases for Duxmen. Duck hunting is a way of life in the winter time. He knows the area to its fullest and will promise you plenty of birds during your hunt. "Hard work, dedication, scouting birds, doing your homework, the right calling, the right pit locations, and having the proper equipment are all keys in being a successful guide. I will accept nothing less."
Justin has been guiding at Duxmen for 5 years now. He has been duck hunting since he was 12 years old. Growing up in Northeast Arkansas he has had the opportunity to enjoy all types of hunting, but his passion is duck hunting and watching his dog Junior work. He is currently works for Helena Chemical Company during the summer as a crop scout which allows Justin to be knowledgeable about our area of the real duck capital of the world and hunt is full winter at Duxmen Outfitters.
Jordan grew up in upstate New York where he mastered his art of waterfowl hunting on the Hudson River and in dry fields. This will be his 5th year in working for Duxmen! He’s been guiding waterfowl for 7 years and now spends his waterfowl seasons in Arkansas. Jordan also pro staff’s for Banded, Heavy Hauler Outdoor Gear, Lucky Duck & Thermacell. Jordan started blowing a duck call at age 3 where his passion turned to an addiction. In the off season Jordan’s a fly fishing guide on the Delaware River in New York for The Delaware River Club. Jordan will dedicate each and every day he guides to ensure you have a quality hunt at Duxmen Outfitters.
Brody has been guiding for about 7 years now. He’s been duck hunting since he was 11 years old. He grew up in southeast Missouri in a small town known as Malden. He’s always found an interest in a wide variety of hunting, but duck hunting has always been his passion. Meeting new customers and being able to show them the true Arkansas hunting experience is what he truly loves. Brody is currently a senior at Arkansas State University, and seeking to major in Ag business with a minor in plant science. From there he plans to move on and pursue a master degree in agriculture economics. He currently works for AgriGold Corn Genetics, which gives hima knowledgeable edge on knowing the area. He is committed to doing everything possible to allow each party he guides to have a successful hunt.
Daniel is a full time guide at Duxmen Outfitters and this is his 3rd year guiding . He works as a field scout in the offseason full time so he knows several of the fields and farmland layouts when scouting for birds in Northeast Arkansas. Daniel is a hard worker , great duck caller, and ready to put your group on birds during your stay!
Matthew has been guiding for Duxmen for 5 years now. Matthew is from Lake City, AR just a few short miles down the road. He grew up hunting the St. Francis river early on in his duck hunting career. From day one, he proved himself to be a hard worker when he started guiding and continues to this day. He works in agriculture in the off season and puts in his share of hours in the ag fields of Northeast Arkansas.
Jody is our newest full time guide at Duxmen but he comes with a lifelong history of duck and goose hunting. Jody has been guiding in years past but has renewed his passion to do it again. He grew up hunting numerous areas along Village Creek duck hunting. He also is a Full Time farm hand in the offseason growing rice and soybeans within his families farm grounds. Welcome to the team Jody!
Seth has been a guide for 9 years now making him the longest standing guide to work for Spencer and Zach at Duxmen Outfitters. Outside of guiding Seth has a career in sales at a major Kubota Tractor dealership right here in Jonesboro. He was born and raised in Jonesboro starting his passion for duck hunting at 6 years old giving him a long history of hunting the north east Arkansas area and how to kill ducks. He has been with Duxmen Outfitters throughout his entire guiding career. His drive to kill ducks and experience hunting will make your trip one to remember from start to finish.
