When you lease a season pit for duck season, that pit is yours and yours only. It is up to you on how many times you wish to hunt it. When you select a lease, we do a two installment method. First installment due at signing (1/2 of price) and final installment due by September 1st (1/2 of price). Pits deposits are non-refundable and are on a first come, first serve basis. Lease a 16-24 foot pit for up to 5 guys, depending upon size. This pit is yours for the day of hunting you pay for until 2:00pm. We do ask that you let the field rest after that time to allow the birds to rest for the next day of hunting. Blinds will be furnished and 5-10 dozen decoys and will be fast grassed for low profile, concealment. No guide will be furnished on this hunt because of the discount price.
